Terex Cranes

Terex Lifting Equipment had to relocate recently to Catalano Road in Canning Vale prompting the requirement for a new wash bay and oil water treatment facility. Terex worked with Allflow Industrial to design and install such a facility. Allfow Industrial controlled everything from the submission of the Water Corporation application, construction through to the system commissioning.

Allflow Industrial's licensed contractors cut and removed the existing floor material and installed the 2 underground tanks and pipe work. In conjunction with Allflow's concreting contractor the concrete pad was designed and poured to handle a 20T work load. Our plumbing contractor installed the separation equipment and discharge pipe work to the water sampling point and sewer connection which was some 50m away on the other side of the building.

The end product was a 16m x 9m bunded wash bay with a 3000 litre underground storage capacity and a fully automatic 3000 lph ISS Vertical Gravity Separator. This equipment will help Terex meet the 30ppm of hydrocarbons permitted to be discharged to the Water Corp Sewer. System installation was completed in October 2010.
